I have a desire to continue my education and enhance my knowledge by achieving many certificates thru the years, such as Disney’s College of Knowledge, and numerous Cruise Line Awards for top seller. Also I have been acknowledged as one of the Top Three Sales Managers for the years 2011 & 2012 by Marriott Hotels in Concord, NC. I still take classes to enhance my knowledge. My travels have taken me to Canada, Caribbean, Hawaii, Germany, Cruises and Walt Disney World, to name a few. I pride myself in being able to give “my guest” that personal touch.
